Half Moon Bay High School
Half Moon Bay High School’s existing telephone system was overburdened, and as a result, parents had a difficult time contacting anyone at the school. There was also no way for parents to reach teachers directly during the school day because the school had no voicemail system for teachers. Ceitronics designed a communications system that integrated several systems, including existing Centrex telephone lines, into one automated platform that allowed for a pooled operation.
Ceitronics also added an automated attendant function, which includes a full voicemail system. The new systems were integrated via the use of a Rauland Telecenter into the school’s existing intercom and 911-response system, tying everything together into a simple, smooth operation. The final result was a substantial saving in annual telephone costs.
